Currently, she is involved in brokering international business linkage with African women through the provision of import/export opportunties in sustainable enterprise development. She is currently the project manager for an NLNG sponsored Business Development & Advisory Support Services for 21 communities of Abua & Ekpeye communities of Rivers State.

Mr. Paul A. Agbih
A professional peace and conflict prevention and youth development specialist joins ENDIP as an Associate Consultant in its Youth Empowerment and Conflict Prevention Programme for the African continent. Based in Germany, Paul brings his almost 30 years international development experience of working with youths and other stakeholders in various countries. Paul has had the rare privilege and opportunity to have worked in various countries: Uganda; Kenya; Togo; Cameroon; India; Switzerland; Germany; Great Britain; South Africa; Botswana; Zimbabwe; Norway; Sweden; Denmark and Finland. Paul has initiated, organised, facilitated training and conferences and has equally delivered international leadership training programmes to young people in leadership positions in different countries. The most recent leadership training programme was in collaboration with government and non-governmental organisations in Cameroon. The programme which was approved by the Ministry of Higher Education in Cameroon ran for five years in all the Universities and Non-Government Organisations. The programme which ended in April 2010 with huge success is waiting to be replicated and adapted to other countries in Africa.
Mr. Agbih is a coach, facilitator and trainer using adult learning methodology in the design and delivery of training and coaching programmes. His one-to-one and one-to-many coaching and training programmes has had tremendous impact for individuals and interested groups for almost three decades in his international humanitarian work experience. Operating under the divine guidance of "where God guides He provides", Paul has worked on a voluntary basis for these years. He shares the philosophical conviction of the Gandhi's "There is a enough in the world for every man's NEED; but not enough for every man's GREED. If the world cares enough, there will be enough for every man's need and not enough for every man's greed"
Interestingly, Paul shares his spiritual insight, supervision and training on a one-to-one basis with conviction and commitment to persons around the world. He is rare gem in character, integrity, flexible, humurous and ethically disposed in his relationship management dynamics and professionalism. Paul is adepth and versatile in harnessing and utilising his personal experience as a methodological approach for reaching out both to himself and to others who are psychologically and spiritually in need of his selfless support and guidance.
Paul currently works with Initiatives of Change on a full-time, voluntary basis in Europe and Africa. His assignment takes him to other parts of the world on invitation by individuals, corporate organisations and government agencies.
