n Inform, educate and communicate phase (Awareness Creation)
n Involvement and assessment (Potential beneficiary applies and appraised)
n Disbursement (Loan Agreement, Disbursement and Documentation)
n Repayment, Supervision, Monitoring and Reporting
n Impact assessment (Review, Evaluation and Auditing)
n Completion of first cycle of loan
